Design consultant for the planned redevelopment of the historic Paint Factory, the former Tarr & Wonson paint factory, a complex of brick and frame structures on Rocky Neck built between 1884 and 1892. A permit from the NE Corps of Engineers requires approval from Mass Historic and Gloucester Historic Commission. The initial design has met with opposition and HMFH has been engaged to redesign the project to meet the objections of preservation organizations.
