HMFH worked with the owners of this suburban office complex on multiple occasions, planning and designing office layouts for a wide variety of tenants. Work has included a space inventory of much of the complex’s 500,000 sf of leased space. Projects have ranged from 2,000 to 40,000 sf, and HMFH has prepared construction plans for office renovations and tenant fit-ups.
