Her systematic approach ensures HMFH’s financial records—from insurance information to project fees—are up-to-date and easily accessible, an essential component of the firm’s project management. Tracey uses this skillset to help firms improve their workflows as Co-Chair of the Boston Society for Architecture’s Project Management Round Table.
